Can someone help me with a question? I am wondering if anyone knows why the price dropped from the beginning of this year until the most recent earnings call? I understand they were in litigation with USAA since 2012 (correct me if i'm wrong on this). But if that's the only reason, why the price from from the beginning of this year? coz it was trading at about $7 not too long ago.

And is it a good time to buy?
