Who compared Schwartz/Bershan to robbers and the former controller to a lookout, yesterday, then subsequently deleted the message. That person is obviously complicit in the AAPT frauds.

This is not about being right with ref. to AAPT or having right with ref. to AAPT, what you post - and I am not saying you are wrong - it is something which I and others will not take easy as too much Money is on stake.



That quote was over a year ago. It clearly shows the price direction you desire.

I will bring forth now the conclusion of another topic that has been misjudged in this forum: The former controller is often criticized for not sending letter to all shareholders, even though he admitted the truth that he sent the letter to every investor he had email addresses for. However, a person whom he had never previously communicated with, posted the letters on the internet, and did so prior to the market opening. This persons public release of the letters, eliminates any doubt that one investor had advantage over another. Every investor had equal access to the data at the same time. That is fact. No investor can claim damage due to a lack of internet access. Case closed. End of story.
