Does anyone on here realize what the cost are for a phone room with mailers cost?....much less for a year contract. I am all for DSCR being a home run for shareholders. I see a lot of rah rah cheerleading that goes on here...based on not really factual informatIon from company....it doesn't take a paid IR phone room for a company to release a solid press release on present and forward moving sccuess. I am glad to see Russ hired some professional help. Maybe 500 mil share days again with price movement in favor of shareholders are around the Conner.....the PPS for DSCR is dirt cheap at these levels.
