Well Doc D- it is what it is. Sure, I think DMRJ was seller yesterday, but NOT a short seller and certainly not a determined short seller at 1.38. LOL.

The shorting was strategic action, in my opinion.

To Buffalo-- tsa will spend what tsa is authorized to spend. And if you are/were a long term shareholder, you had to have followed the pressing need for new-better etd machines for passenger use. But answer this, if tsa spends the full IDIQ, and IMSC builds product at 45-55% margin, how fast are they out of debt?

Further, shareholders should be very happy to have DMRJ convert some debt to shares. NOT all debt, but some. I think the object here is to keep share count as low as possible while effectively being able to fund the company and it R/D activities. Further, for the life of me I cannot figure out why shareholders are NOT more stoked as a tsa idiq holds greater promise for OTHER sales.

Sorry to be so gruff, but who would seriously consider a Smith's product AFTER the tsa has purchased an IMSC product while the tsa could have bought more Smiths' product? The second the first wave of orders from the tsa hit the wire, things will change.

Best of Better Luck to ALL IMSC LONGS!
