I think it's multi issued...
1. Regulations, clearing issues, broker liability, etc killing funders.
2. Multiple funders in one ticker and they all try to beat each other out the door with a profit.
3. Bottom line, retail has been wising up and taking profits fast as possible knowing another round of Funder dumping is coming.
No one wants to hold stocks anymore. Most surely the funders....
And in that environment, they aren't paying mailers because it's not effective.
All I see in OTC is groups jointing together to catch oversold plays and wait for funder to dump it low and cross out, then they pump for 30 mins or 30-50% gain and they are gone.
