Just looking today at this low volume today... and realizing yesterday we had over a billion traded, one can only come to a conclusion that a huge deal, share swap, buyer... something transpired yesterday. You can't just make the blanket statement that someone dumped shares... or Dilution (yeah, obviously). But, the thing that is the elephant in the room is "Someone bought those friggin shares extremely fast." So, unless you think the MMs scarfed them up that quick... just to sit on them ?, then I think the only reasonable explanation is a deal or some sorts took place yesterday.
