No ValueFry, you just misread the 10Q. Right at the very beginning it states that as of Nov. 5 there were 342,304,227 shares outstanding.

The 10q shows 330,154,485 shares outstanding.

On eTrade it is showing 342.3 M..

Any clue why there is a difference? Could this be the shares that might have been diluted yesterday?
