OK, I'll bite, but just this once.
It is very true what you say, this could go to chapter 7 soon. That is the danger of playing brinksmanship games in these situations. If Martin and the Swiss cannot come to terms and the Swiss decide not to agree to ANY restructure plan, then the court could toss this to chapter 7.
But you also stated "the Swiss just want their money". That statement is in contradiction with the rest of your posting.
My opinion is that the Swiss want the company to make money for them. Making money is, after all, the business they are in. I further believe they will negotiate until they get the best possible position they can going forward. To say that they want to 'go home' because they 'don't trust' Martin is giving them little credit for being professional investors.
