YJ - On 4/4, I attempted to draw a civilized discussion on take-overs, or a polite discussion on hostile take-overs. The related poster, became very angry, and cried out to KoKo, stating that I intruded in the conversation, and that poster was accusing me of insulting them about reading NEOM Documents (was not my intention)
On 4/6 (a very trying day for everone posting, as this was the day, everyone learned about the increase in the 5 billion shares), MrC, in post # 66753, wanted to know, if I had seen this comming, based on my 4/4 post.
On 4/6, I sent Claw a private email and advised him that the 5 bil. additional shares were to insure a balance of power by the officers. That was a tough week for me, and I did not have time to post, and I had not completed my estimates of potential over sales with the Cornell warrants.
Fortunately along came, II-II, Parallel, to the rescue and helped everyone understand, what the additional shares were all about. He made the following posts on 4/6, with a good schedule of the Cornell computations. You can look back on his 4/6, posts # 66870, 66875, 66885, 66803, 66897.
Your 4/6 post of 66807, JP's posts 66782, 66791, 66797, and Claw's post 66773, are all related to the heated discussions going on about take overs.
Finanally, in the week of 4/11, NEOM met with Charles Fritz and others and came back with a message to all. At the end, or bottom of the page of NEOM's mesage from Charles Fritz, NEOM tells us, that the 4 billion additional shares is to prevent a take over.
Maybe no one remembers. However, we have been through explanations of the 4 billion additional shares enough times everyone should have gotten the message by now.
In the event, some still do not understand the "why" of the "additional 4 billion shares, II-II or Parallel's posts as referenced above, and NEOM's post on 4/11, is a good summary of explanations to all.
Two days, 4/4, before the documents hit us, on 4/6, I wanted to discuss what was going to happen. What do I know - I am just a fripping accountant, trying to add up the potential oversale by Cornell!
On 4/6, the day we were hit with the documents regarding the increase in shares, II-II helped the posters to understand.
On 4/11, you got an indirect message from Charles Fritz, through NEOM, who met with Charles regarding the 4 billion additional shares.
Since no one remembers this, and the same old thing keeps going on and on, could someone re-post or reference the sites of all of II-II posts on 4/6 (there are some mathmatical computations and some discussion by II-II, current posters should review) and NEOM's post on 4/11. I think this would help a lot of current posters right now.
On 4/4, I was run off the board by a very impolite poster. II-II, Parallel, I do not think has been back, since RO, was insulted, by another poster.
