Accordingly, I don't think Martin's little name and shame of the major shareholder's lack of commitment to the commercialization process in the initial bankruptcy PR was a mere slip of the tongue either. Can't hurt to galvanize creditor class sentiment before proceedings, can it? Exploit their collective resentment and "cram down" that reorganization plan regardless of the Swiss' "absolute priority." All cunningly calculated imo.

Be that as it may, where will we end up?


That's the million dollar question now, isn't it? :p I'd say with a resolution/"restructuring" equitable to all parties involved - begrudged as it may be. What that might look like is anyone's guess, but I'm cool with splashing a few chips on the table before we ultimately find out.
