In July 2001 I was hired to compile data divergence tables for the ES. A bulletin board acquaintance hired me who lived in Dallas. I have been watching and researching the ES and NQ ever since.

I adored the Russell 2000 until it went to ICE and many learned tricks quit working.

statistical fact: when a solid trend is in place for either of the above markets (during regular market hours) it frequently retracts at 4:09 Eastern. In other words, if long or short near the regular close, 4:09 Eastern usually offers the best exit.
