Silly Jorge reports that he's been screwed again

Dear shareholders of PRPM/SUTI. I have been getting messages from you about the funds that Kolbe was suppose to receive when we made an agreement with SUTI.

As of today Kolbe has not received any funding and or shares from SUTI. Luther Jeffries knows that we are in the next phase of our project here in Oregon and their involvement(funding) in the project has begun and we have made other plans to start this phase without their funds. We would love to work with SUTI but we can not afford to wait for the constant delays from them and we need to continue with our business plan. When SUTI comes up with funds we would be happy to work with them on other projects that we have on the shelf...
