The manifesto you presented is inaccurate from start to finish. NOBODY IS RESPONSIBLE EXCEPT FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. Nobody is legally responsible for filings except the officer that signed them.

Please tell us your motive for trying to find a scapegoat for Schwartz and Bershan's fraud and why you would spend so much time write that thesis. I believe you want buyers to come in so you can sell more of the free shares you received to perpetuate the fraud with false information.

Also, please present your proof that the former controller profited from the stock decline. I already know you made that up because evidence does not exist, because it did not happen. Again, YOU ARE A LIAR!
