It's been nearly five years since Nyloxin has been on the market yet it's not able to find it's way "out to the public." We have been given any and every assurance that the product works and anywhere between 2/3rds to 80+% of people who try it just can't stop singing it's praises. But the public at large have never heard of it. Something isn't quite adding up here.
Does anyone know why the New Vitality deal fell through? Seemed like it was going to go great guns about a year ago with Chris Castaldo of WSBSH interviewing Rik and New Vitality's Jonathan Flicker about what seemed to be some very big plans they had together.
Speculation, and only speculation on my part but when people sorta kinda fib there is sometimes a reason. Weaver2, paraphrasing Rik said:
But that isn't the order in which it happened. From the 2013 10K :
First off, TCN International IS MyNyloxin. They were also the hybrid ponzi/pyramid schemes Text Cash Network and True Cash Network. They also ran the MLM distribution arm of the short lived Noca Now Cola company (they didn't make the soda, they were just the MLM company that was going to bring the soda "out to the public").
Second, per the 10K New Vitality was "expected to add television advertising in the second quarter of 2014." Yet in early April MyNyloxin was announced to be behind the TV commercials I'm pretty sure no one has seen yet. Also the Q1 2014 10Q made no mention of a deal with New Vitality.
My speculation is this: If New Vitality did the due diligence on TCN that Rik seemingly failed to do, they would have made a wise decision in dropping Nyloxin as a product and NPHC as a partner. MLM in general is not generally well regarded but TCN has two failed money games to their (easily Googleable) name and already failed as a product sales channel. Why would New Vitality invest a boatload of their own money to advertise a product IF they realized who Rik was already in bed with?
Like I said, this is speculation and I do not know for sure. But the timeline fits. The 2013 annual report was filed on March 31st claiming New Vitality will start running TV spots in Q2.14 and four days later a press release announces NPHC "has signed an agreement that creates the MyNyloxin Telemarketing Division (MTD). MTD will begin their telemarketing campaign on April 7." If there were no other reasons for the New Vitality deal to break down, that well could have been enough.
[And for the record, when I said someone sorta fibbed I was not talking about weaver2.]
