Not enough shares out there to do that, anyway.

Need about a billion shares authorized. Outside of FTD scams, which could be dangerous, they need to get ousted to the PINKS and away from SEC eyeballs.

The shares now, truly worth much less than a penny each, are not gonna stir up the FLIPPERS and do a good P&D.
