Is the quarterly report due today or the 14th?? Also what was the reason for Harryr resigning a week early if the company is going completely under?? As I recall several months ago Harry announced he planned on stepping down regardless as he has endeavors with another company! Also Drinkwater is still signing the 8-Ks so what would be the reason behinde resigning if all was destined to fall through??? The last quarterly came out on the 14th of August, so what will it be, because 90 days later would be the 14th of November, can someone please clarify??
