For starters, please explain patient 27 who had by far the best CD8 response, but was below average on OS and PFS. That alone makes the CD8 / survival data somewhat unclear (and with only 6 points, every one matters).

Second, why no MDSC and macrophage M1/M2 data? This was the key to the MOA, and it is missing.

How many markers did they look at to come up with this wishy/washy data in 6 patients?
