Yes you are right. I was only suggesting that after the offer is completed, we might see a dip in the APDN stock price.

However, the warrants still offer you an advantage to the extent of their worth.

The maxim guy claims that APDN will announce a number of contracts in the coming 6 to 9 months and that should help. He also mentioned that there is Institutional interest in the offer.
