There were many problems that needed to be solved simultaneously, and trusting Bill Hodson personally to be the new CEO of ADIA satisfied each one of the problems. If he turns out to be a crook involved in a criminal conspiracy then there may need to be a legal remedy to his breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract.

The amount of harm Bill Hodson can do to ADIA is limited, while the amount of good he can do if he is honest and receives support is substantial. His failure to explain what is going on with ADIA and his decision to leave things out of the LVVV SEC filings is bizarre and objectionable, and we will end up in litigation if these and other immediate problems are not solved.

The fact that he would rather spend money and time fighting through an attorney about the things he was supposed to have done already is upsetting and causes me great concern. But Bill is not the only person involved in ADIA nor is he the only person involved in LVVV. Entire groups of people, and possibly different groups of people, are causing problems here -- it is almost certainly wrong to blame only Bill for anything.
