Put it this way, tsa put out a chalk outline today, for Smith's this is the outline of their dead product hopes, for the market its an easy predictor of sales about to fill in that outline.
Maybe they go 20m now and 80m in Jan. but when tsa has an idiq for 162m, they will spend that amount of money. Big question is how soon. For me, seeing a 162m idiq answers all questions and to sum it all up, somebody moved a dam big mountain!
