ss9173: I may be wrong but I think the only reason to call this meeting right now is to get the additional shares on the books to keep from going into default with Corrnell. It is my belief someone slipped up on the total number of shares being used for all these deals and they made a legal contract they cannot honor with the current shares on hand. That IMHO is driving the urgent nature of a early meeting.
