I think someone needs to get training in finance so they can understand posting on this page. Schwartz and Bershan used the lawsuit against AAPT as merely a smear campaign. That lawsuit accused E.G. of 4 criminal charges. He was formerly cleared of 3. There did not appear to be any police interest in the 4th. E.G. was also accused of 2 Federal crimes which garnered zero interest from the Feds. A civil lawsuit and counter suit each remain open, however, Auther Aaronen is not advancing the case because AAPT has not paid him for over a year. It will be very embarrassing for AAPT at trial this spring when they show up without any evidence to support for their blatant lies, if they show up at all.

Some, including one frequent poster have asked me several times why I post here and I will now provide the reason. I post here because I do not like the posts from the shills hired by the 2 clowns and I consider myself the neutralizer to the intense B.S. and dishonesty. The Pied Piper of Monte Carlos is the one I find most contemptible. He should know that his rants gave rise to my posts that bring out the truth. Congratulations Pipe!
