On 2015 Revs. We get $5.4 million in top line revenues from Avanzar alone. Also, it was noted by CEO Scott Vanis that Avanzar had 16% growth in one month, think that was due to VitaminFIZZ sales!

Was the 16% Avanzar growth included in 2015 projections? Unknown right! I only included the $450,000 that was in the PR for each month and "flat" in my projections http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=108044493.

Is this 16% for October a one time growth projection or a cumulative monthly 16% increase, they are looking to continue to expand. If VitaminFIZZ caused the 16% increase and Avanzar is delivering the product, as VitaminFIZZ expands, what happens to Avanzar? More 16% increases month over month? IMO, Avanzar will grow hand-in-glove using VitaminFIZZ as the catalyst. Have you given any thought to Avanzar's opportunity to expand using VitimanFIZZ as the catalyst instead of the other way around? VitaminFIZZ will be in at least 4 major chains, Walgreens, 7-Eleven and two more chains to announce very soon and more beyond that, the demand continues.

Which of these three scenarios is being used for Avanzar's 2015 projections? Do we know what this will look like at the end of 2015?



You don't see the bashers publicizing the Avanzar revenues "AT ALL", right!!! You know "The Truth"... If I missed one, reply back with a link to one of their posts that includes that revenue! So if the bashers are being objective and they are concerned for us then why wouldn't they include a "multi-7 figure top line revenue number"? Just a little oversight, right! Proof is in the lack of acknowledgement of that revenue stream, period. They get discredited for this significant omission now and going forward every time they accidentally forget to include it!

That figure is not mentioned in the revenue projections they point to, but it is in a PR http://finance.yahoo.com/news/minerco-resources-chairman-ceo-issues-223419663.html. If the companies conservative projections are right and including Avanzar, that is a "MINIMUM" of $7,400,000 top line revenues for 2015.

Let me expand on where IMO Avanzar is going with this. The VitaminFIZZ product and brand is destined for national success. Most if not all of us have had the product and agree it is a force to be reckoned with. It is selling in Walgreens and 7-Eleven, expanding to 2 more national chains very soon and more behind that, not to mention New York! Now for a paradigm shift, IMO VitaminFIZZ will be the catalyst to grow Avanzar versus the other way around. Avanzar could end up being a national distributor with VitaminFIZZ leading the way! Rather than the Distributor leading the brand, I believe this is a case where the brand will expand the Distributor. This was a brilliant move! The VitaminFIZZ product is a clear winner, the more retail stores and chains that sell it, the more new stores and chains will bring it in, it cascades from there!

Next, what formula did the company use for 2015 product revenues?
- Was it ultra conservative, i assumed it was!
- What did it include, was it based off of current sales "AS IS"?
- Was it forward looking "with expansion into new stores"?
- Did it include repeat and new consumers in existing stores?
- Was it forward looking with expansion into new markets with existing distribution?
- Did the projections include THC?
- Did the projections include Vitamin Creamer, BOOST and Relax?
- Was it forward looking with expansion into new markets with new distributors?
- Was it forward looking with expansion into the E.U.?
- Do we know the answers to these questions?
- Are we conservative or forward looking investors?

Darin notes in the conference call this past April "we typically a couple hundred thousand bottles at a time to put in the market". As I mentioned in my projections I made allot of assumptions with some DD! I don't think anyone can say if these projections are right, wrong or indifferent until and as it plays out. Everyone has their opinion on where this is going. There is no other Penny Stock on the OTC like $MINE in regards to leadership and brands, particularly with VitaminFIZZ. I challenge anyone to show a me an OTC company with a new product like VitaminFIZZ about to be in 4 major chains within a short few months. I can't and won't predict the PPS at this point in time. However, I am extremely confident in VitaminFIZZ and Avanzar collectively being successful and hope that the rest falls into place accordingly!

Scott Vanis has to reward the shareholders, he CANNOT show significant personal wealth while the shareholders take losses. I hope Scott is one of the success stories in my book. Also, the 960+ $MINE'rs always have the option of renting a caravan of buses if we see significant concerns and go talk to him in person about "our company"!
