I have to agree his companies all do sit at the bottom of the chain and he has a few issues with this company but this company has been under the control of Mr. Barry S. Hollander since 2007 . Mr Fong just took back control of this co. to get every thing worked out so the cannabis GREEN Smart card can go live and be put into use ....Its coming but what is going to happen with this stock and all the rest mr Fong is part of is hard telling I know I am in a few and will remain in them until they either make me or break me and right now I am broke I believe after close we will be over 50 million shares sold
