I appreciate many of the posts on both 'sides of the fence' --- many give us "insights" for understandings.

Think on:

1. While we may focus on one point (vertically), Eric and Fred have to (try to) keep in balance many points (horizontally) --- and we can easily lose "sight" of this in our "fruatrations".

2. E&F have had many set-backs --- which have added to their "frustrations", and ours --- but they have always over-come and persevered.

3. E&F have tried, and are trying, to maintain "visibility" --- for which they now get criticized. Yes, "blogging" takes time, and possibly re-viewing these IHUB posts (or someone(s) giving them IHUB info) as well --- but this is part of what many posters have really asked for in DEMANDING "visibility".

4. If we "sit back" and seriously "look at" what has been accomplished over the years --- and what is being accomplished --- IT IS REALLY QUITE AMAZING! IT TAKES "VERY FINE TALENT" TO KEEP GOING UNDER ALL OF "THE STRESS", "THE CRITICISMS", "THEIR OWN (HUMAN) ERRORS", "DISAPPOINTMENTS", and SO FORTH --- and still GROW HHSE!!!

5. THINK ABOUT WHAT "GROWING HHSE" REALLY ENTAILS.

"SUGGESTION": CUT E&F SOME "SLACK" --- and let them do what they gotta do in a more re-laxed setting. Even then, it can be VERY DIE-NAMIC!
