Arnold: Now we know why Malcolm waiting until the end of the year to release all those PR's. He was trying to get the stock price up to qualify for the cash bonus. The more you look at the details the more it seems that Malcolm and friends have created a nice money making machine for themselves. They control the board. The board awards them options, increasing salaries and the opportunity for cash bonuses. Then they sit on material information until they can release it to best serve their own interests in qualifying for the cash bonuses. I applaud them for setting this thing up. Sheer genius. So a good strategy might be to load up on the stock right before Thanksgiving, then hold through December in anticipation of all the year-end PR's that will be released to create a share price rise....then sell in the second week of January. Repeat every year. Little risk, and almost a sure way to profit.
