I am pretty close to it ...

I would average down but I am waiting to see if they follow through or if it was all Just BS ...

It will move on MJ MOMO in the spring but if We don't hear of any progress in the direction they are supposed to be going by then.

I'm jumping ship ...

I'm not interested in an RV storage facility. They should have kept that one to themselves. I think that announcement did more damage than good ...
