My eyebrow about popped off my face when he said it would RS "the shareholders will decide", strange thing to say. Produce, and we will buy into it. Don't and it falls apart, simple.

He broke cardinal rule #1 in business, never, ever for no reason under any circumstances in any situation, allow yourself emotional distress, let alone show it in public forum, calling out interested parties.
