During September of 2014, the NIH awarded the Company a research grant totaling pproximately $222,000. The grant provides for fixed payments based on the achievement of certain milestones. As such, revenue will be recognized upon completion of those milestones. Grant activities did not commence until the third quarter of fiscal 2015 and therefore no revenue has been recognized under this grant as of September 30, 2014.
