Just One Question, Ms. Lynch

It's really simple when attempting to judge whether or not Loretta Lynch is appropriate for the Attorney General position.

You simply have to ask here the following Yes or No questions on whether, given the publicly-available evidence, she would refer and take each of these cases to a Grand Jury:
•Fast -n- Furious. (Gun running, obstruction of justice, money laundering and criminal conspiracy for starters.)

•IRS Targeting, most-specifically the apparent intentional obstruction of discovery (that's obstruction of justice, among other things.)

•The apparent and intentional law-breaking at The Fed, evidenced by Bernanke's use of pseudonyms during his bailout discussions and the clear warning by a Fed counsel member that what he was doing was probably illegal.

•The apparent and intentional law-breaking by virtually all major US banks during that same time period.

•The apparent and intentional law-breaking by HFT traders from roughly that time period to today, inclusive.

The taking of a case to a Grand Jury does not mean you will get indictments, of course. But it does mean you believe there is evidence of wrong-doing.

These are not minor cases. They resulted in murder, extortion, the deliberate destruction of trillions of dollars of consumer purchasing power, trillions of dollars of fraud ladled up on the back of said consumers and somewhere between millions and billions of dollars of theft daily in the securities markets. This is a "short list"; the longer one would fill a book.

If you don't get five "Yes" answers and a clear statement that if you fail to bring said cases to a Grand Jury you ought to be immediately impeached, neither this individual or any other standing for that nomination can be confirmed.

The rule of law must be restored in the United States.
