Agreed. At this stage, why APT doing the RS? They will hurt all common shareholders and everyone will be losing the faith with APT and no one else is going to invest into APT anymore. I am holding long and strong. Whatever the PPS is, it is doesn't matter to us long anymore. We just need to buy out all of the debt holders and get risk of Iron Ridge.

What do you think the PPS will be? I am still betting at least $.01 if all of these will be achieve.
