That's a good question Whale. My only guess would be not enough details on the agreements with COO and INTC. That and all the longs here have already aqured all the shares they can manage .
One of two things is going to happen IMO
I. EPGL will be bought out Or
2. Eventually enough details come to light that EPGL marches north at a steady sustained pace.
All IMO of course
