So what is the consensus?

Is Jim a dirty scammer with a wife, and children, or
a completely inept businessman, or
did he get jammed up with several things going wrong at the same time, that were not under his control?

(I suppose that the easy answer is YES)

Anyone out there see any hope for Jim still making something positive out of GTGP? J3 is doing well from what I have found.
