When Alpine is blatantly in the wrong as they are, it doesn't matter how much money MMTC has. MMTC has an attorney that is representing them in this case, they have all they need and will do just fine. People need to understand this is an open and closed case, Alpine was in the wrong and its more than apparent, any judge will see it this way. Alpine is screwed in so few words, time will prove me correct.
