His thesis is valid, but just one way to view the situation: it's not going any lower in the near term, it may move higher heading into the first interim analysis of the ZoptEC Phase III trial.

However, there is another valid way to view the situation:

1. That analysis is not until mid-2015!
2. It might be good, might not. Risky.
3. Can a person sell now, take the loss, and make the $$$ back plus some before mid-2015? Maybe, maybe not.

As always, it's up to the individual's situation, cash flow, investment horizon, etc.
