October excitement was the whole trademark name change and patent being submitted... Unfortunately u can go on the united states patent website and find out that the current wait time just to hear back from them is 8 to 9 weeks... after that it can up to 3 years for the patents to be passed...

the hype was probably just the trademark name change and died down as soon as ppl caught onto the long waiting period for patents to be passed
