Look RSSFF is getting sued by ATTBF in State court now. Its how it is phrased because it is not a federal case it is a state case.

It says it right here. Playing on words means nothing its in the State Courts hands.

Its happening now in the right jurisdiction. The play on words in the other PR is just that.
