VFIN just joined the party with endless shares at .0003. Now you have all the "V" triplets, VNDM, and VERT too. Anyone who has been around pennies will tell you anytime you see a "V" on the ask with 10k shares, it is dilution. If you see three of them, and still don't believe it, well, you're in for a bumpy ride to .0001
