Shailesh,

We have looked into this matter and spoken with AST and DTC. DTC (Depository Trust Company) was waiting to hear back from all the brokers and last Friday was the deadline for that. We have put in calls and emails to them again this morning to expedite this matter and are waiting to hear back from them.

When I spoke with the representative at TD Ameritrade, he told me that they are awaiting some information from the Transfer Agent ( AST ). When I called up AST, they said nothing was pending at their end and did not understand what information was TD Ameritrade seeking.

The fact remains that a number of brokerage houses are facing the same problem. None of them have been able to show the converted shares of APDN. Trading in this period has also become difficult.

Could you kindly look into the matter.
