BBW, you're absolutely correct, the agreement does weigh heavily in YA's favour and you clearly have a great deal of understanding of the CD agreement.

Whilst your thinking is correct, many of your comments only stipulate the outcomes IF SVFC fail to settle the CDA on time; if this does happen, everything will go to YA, including the paper clips, plants, toilet paper, EVERYTHING.

But that's only an outcome IF YA are not paid off and many of us here strongly believe that is very much in hand and from the latest releases, is likely to happen in the near future, perhaps before the end of the year.

I personally don't doubt your ability to sift through these agreements and let us know what is happening and actually, I'm grateful that we have you here keeping us in line but please let's have some forward thinking statements as well as the excellent comments/facts of what has happened IN THE PAST...
