Greetings.

I have been trying to sort things out with this company and have been overwhelmed by the sheer number of postings, many of which are inconclusive.

Should I hold my shares or should I sell?

Neomedia plusses:
-Attractive idea
-Promoted by Tobin Smith
-Lots of supporters

Negatives:
-Aside from the car painting division, I can't find much about what Neomedia is actually doing. Are there synergies with the new acquisitions? New revenues?
-I can't find current financials. The Globe and Mail Investor Gold site has financial information only through 31 December 2004!
-Book value is apparently about 1 cent a share
-There is very little independent media coverage
-Price keeps dropping
-Share numbers expanding
-Insiders selling
-And so on....

This seems like a good time to me for a good current update to be presented to the posters -- a sober summary of the good and the bad that's in play with this company.

I'm neither a pumper or a dumper -- but I'd sure like to figure out if I've invested in a scam! Please help outline the issues that I've raised...both for me and others watching this board.
