Greetings from across the pond - thoughts from a crazy Brit...

If the PPS was so low that no-one was selling, YA was unable to sell any shares off and couldn't convert any more (because of the 10% limit).

The cynic inside of me wonders whether this wasn't deliberately engineered by someone to: (a) limit the increase of shares in circulation and (b) allow a new owner/partner/JV etc to pick up huge blocks of shares at ridiculous prices rather than simply drop the price down for the shorts.

This could have been a way of limiting conversion activity to RESTRICT the number of shares in circulation rather than increase the number as many people think. IMO any interested party would much want to LIMIT the dilution as well as buying huge amounts at crazy levels.

Slightly different train of thought which may have merit; either way I'm holding on to my 24M shares for the ride of a lifetime...
