No, they are not welcome in Lakeshore. They haven't been welcome for some time. Three previous zoning requests on that property were rejected.

The town will get taxes from the MJ facilities that open in Industrial Zones. The town is not losing anything by blocking the CEN facility.

EDIT - That "Welcome to Lakeshore" is a puff piece. Just like the "Ready to Grow" letter was a puff piece.
