VTEQ price should move up , starting today, imo.
Here is my reason:
If you look at 8-K form, the CEO & his group can convert their loan investment in VTEQ in shares by the average price of 3 trading days. We had those 3 days downside pressure last week. Now that they have achieved their goal, the stock price should move higher from now on. Another reason is that they must obtain shareholders' approval for the new financing arrangement. Therefore, the insiders will make sure to buy as many as shares as they can to obtain full approval. This simply means that VTEQ price will move higher.
