$EFCT Acquires Social Media Company Geared at Entrepreneurs. The idea of a social network geared specifically at business people was laughed at for years. Then LinkedIn took the idea, ran with it, and debuted at $45 a share for a valuation of $3 billion. Today LinkedIn is trading near $250 a share and the initial idea is no longer laughable.
