Nates Food Co. (OTC: NHMD) announced today that the Company is finalizing non-dilutive purchase order financing up to $3,000,000. The financing will provide the company the capital necessary to fulfill customer orders related to the national roll-out. The Company has sufficient capital to fulfill the regional roll-out and intends to use the purchase order financing for its national roll-out expansion with grocery stores. The financing will allow the Company to use its cash flow to expand its product line to include 10 new products in 2015. The Company is currently developing a one-minute omelet and guacamole in a can.
