Unfortunately that is just NOT true. Every time Mr. Valentine files a court case it's predicted that he will easily win and that he has a iron tight case. But there's a problem he loses! All the time.

It is highly unlikely to that Valentine will be granted an appeal. However either way he will lose. Once again. And then his fake tribute agreement will be voided as it is not with the current owners.
