With inclusion of Avanzar's top line revenue for the Q-1 10-Q of Minerico revenues will likely far exceed expectations. However, if Avanzar's top line revenue is in the report so should be Avanzar's bottom line profit/loss. I fear that Avanzar's bottom line profit/loss does not look so well. Why? There has to be reason or motive for Avanzar directors Juarez, Shippee, and Saunders to give up control of Avanzar to Minerico. I fear Avanzar had need for a cash cow in order to grow Avanzar further as Avanzar had exhausted other means of financing operations. Overall future success of the merger will depend on the expertise of Minerico officers and directors in leading the combined companies to success.
