Understanding Financing... Money BDC has "Under Management" doesnt Restrict How Large of a deal BDC, or Mr Jedda can FUND ? Your confusing What BDC has Ubder Management, divided by the Number of investment bankers; which I'll go along with you and qgree it is 500 ?

BDC Doesnt always, or do they use their own money; For example; Canwealth minerals lets say is Mr Jeddas Deal, and lets say he brings Canwealth to his Firm BDC; BDC WILL UNDERWRITE The DEAL; Pro Formas, Risk, etc.. If Canwealth is a Viable deal, BDC can Opt to FUND Them selves, or They can "DESK TOP" Canwealth; Which is a Software program; whereas Banks Like The Roda Group, Goldman Sachs, Chase, Brown, Black Rock, and the Like Could all TAKE A PIECE OF THE ACTION; BDC Could Stay on as the "LEAD", or The Could Co Book with another Firm ?? There are Many Positions BDC / Mr Jedda Can Take; Co Manager. LEAD, Sole Book Runner, Co Book Runner, PIPE , ??
