Posting that "We Have Won" Clearly crosses the line. Empire at this point has "Won" nothing! Quite the contrary, The judge in this case has mearly set a Dec. 4th hearing date to determine if a Trial is warranted in deciding if either side has cause to move foward and seek monatary damages against the other by trial. To say otherwise assumes facts not in evidence. Lets all take the High road here, shall we? Stick to what is fact, not what we want it to be.
